Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed by approved NorthViax LLC account holders. Orders are not available to the general public. All shipments are dispatched from our distribution partner facilities within the United States.

2. Order Processing Time

All wholesale orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of submission and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery timeframes after dispatch are 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak shipping periods.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with UPS, FedEx, and regional freight carriers. The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on order size, weight, and destination. You will receive carrier and tracking information in your dispatch notification email.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The shipping charge is included on your invoice. Freight costs for large or pallet-sized orders will be quoted at time of order confirmation.

6. Shipping Address

All shipments are delivered to the registered business address on your wholesale account. If you need to ship to an alternate address, please notify us at the time of order placement. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for wholesale orders.

7. Delivery Area

We currently ship to all U.S. states within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional handling time and freight costs. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wholesale@northviax.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged goods, and photos of the outer packaging.

For lost or missing shipments, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
